By accessing or using ListingGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

ListingGuru provides AI-powered analysis and optimization recommendations for Etsy listings. The Service includes listing analysis, competitor visualization, score tracking, and an optional Chrome browser extension. Features may change without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Etsy Integration

When you connect your Etsy shop via OAuth, you authorize ListingGuru to access your public shop and listing data through the Etsy API. We only request the minimum permissions needed. You may disconnect your shop at any time from your dashboard. ListingGuru is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Share your account or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its APIs
• Misrepresent AI-generated recommendations as professional advice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by ListingGuru. You retain ownership of your listing data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide analysis and recommendations.

7. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations and analysis provided by ListingGuru are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome in search rankings or sales.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
